If you’re not satisfied

If you’re not satisfied with your portraits, please contact The School Photographer within 7 days of receiving your photos.
We can arrange a retake at our studio during the school holidays, or if this isn’t convenient, you may request a refund.

Refund conditions

• A refund is not available if you have received your prints and downloaded the image to your device.
• Full payment will be refunded if all portraits are returned within 10 days of receipt.

Online orders

Refunds for online orders are only available if the incorrect photo was supplied.
A refund cannot be issued if the image was viewed online before purchasing. purchasing.
