Dispatch & delivery policy

Standard delivery timeframes

For regular school photos, we aim to deliver the finished products within 6–8 weeks from photo day, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the school.
Timeframes depend on prompt approvals, proofs, name lists, and other required information from the school.

Late orders & reorders

Late orders and reorders (placed after the main delivery to the school) will be dispatched within 21 days of ordering.

Event Photography Orders

Orders for events such as formals will be sent within 21 days of ordering and will either:

• be delivered to the school, or
• posted to a nominated address (as selected during checkout).
